WEDDING TABLE GUIDE
How to make wedding place cards at home
Wedding place cards do not need a custom print run to feel considered. The useful starting point is a clean guest list that uses one spelling for every name and one clear table assignment for each guest.

A practical sequence
- Start with the guest list you already trust. Put one guest on each line and check that every table name is written consistently.
- Choose a calm, readable type style before printing. A beautiful card still needs to be easy to find on a busy table.
- Print one sample sheet on the paper you intend to use. Fold it, place it on a table and check both size and contrast in real light.
- Print the final set only after you have checked long names, table assignments and any late additions.
Useful printing note
For a home-printed folded place card, use a heavier uncoated card stock that your printer supports. Always run a single test sheet first. Event Print Kit is designed for desktop-browser printing and can also be saved as a PDF for a print shop.
