WEDDING PLANNING GUIDE
A calm way to organise a wedding seating plan
A seating plan becomes easier when the guest list, table names and printed stationery all come from the same final source. That avoids the small inconsistencies that create last-minute reprints.

A practical sequence
- Keep a single master list rather than several copies in messages and spreadsheets.
- Name tables early, even if the guest count is still moving. Simple names are easier to read and easier to search.
- Review each table as a group before printing: check spelling, accessibility needs and plus-ones.
- Use matching place cards and table signs so guests can move from the entrance to their seat without confusion.
Useful printing note
The most reliable workflow is to make changes in one master list, then regenerate the place cards and signs together. Event Print Kit accepts spreadsheet paste or CSV input, so the source list can remain under your control.
